Garden Designs By Renaldo The Tuscan Garden |

The archetypal Tuscan garden: - is one of immense rolling lawns interspersed with many old, large trees, which include olive trees and conifers. The urban interpretation of the Tuscan garden is one that is essentially a classical, structured garden incorporating eye-catching topiaries with complimentary borders and edging. |
This garden is typically framed by large trees, hedges and balanced beds creating a very tidy appearance. Planting in even numbers is preferred as this contributes to the balance of the overall design. Syzigiums, ficus's, conifers, ivy, standard roses, lollipops, borders of euonymus, cuphea, ligustrum and dwarf mondo grass are essential components, typifying the Tuscan garden. The overall design incorporates well defined balance. Slate features, marble statues and a variety of ornaments are used in abundance. |
